Jose Grado joins Go Engineering as Senior Mining Consultant

Go Engineering is pleased to welcome Jose Grado to the team.

José joins our Consulting Division as a Senior Mining Consultant, bringing more than 13 years of experience across both underground and open-pit operations. His background covers mine planning, scheduling, drill and blast, and operational optimisation — the core disciplines behind the mining studies and technical solutions our clients rely on.

He also brings leadership experience. José has led technical services teams, driven improvements in operational performance, and contributed to scoping and prefeasibility studies. That combination — technical depth plus the ability to run a team and land a study — strengthens our capacity to deliver reliable, data-driven outcomes across the mining value chain.

For clients, the practical effect is more capability in the areas that matter most: robust plans, defensible schedules, and recommendations grounded in what an operation can actually execute.
