Working at Go Engineering

Rosters, mentoring and training, in plain terms

Site rosters

Contracting roles are FIFO or site-based on operating Western Australian mines, working the client’s roster and inside the client’s systems. Consulting roles are based at our West Perth office, with site visits as studies require.

Mentoring

Site-based Senior Mining Engineer training and mentoring is how we develop people: practical, on the job and tailored to the engineer, with senior engineers who have run mines reviewing the work.

Training courses

Our senior engineers build and teach practical courses in drill and blast, mine planning, scheduling and ventilation. Working here means learning from the people who write them.
